• Your Alton Towers Waterpark Ticket is only valid for the date selected at the time of booking and cannot be used on any other date.
• Alton Towers Waterpark operates a strict adult-to-child ratio of: One adult (aged 16+) to one child aged 4 or under. OR One adult (aged 16+) to two children aged 5, 6 or 7.
• Please Note: All members of the party must be swimming to fulfill the above ratio. All children under 8 years of age must have a supervising adult (16+) with them in the water at all times.
• Children aged 8 – 11 do not fall part of the above ratio, however must be accompanied inside the Waterpark by a responsible adult (aged 16+). Children aged 12 or over can be unaccompanied.
• For health reasons and the safety of our guests, please do not visit the waterpark if you are feeling unwell and/or have had sickness/diarrhoea within the last 48 hours.
• Persons under 90cm go FREE. If your child is under 90cm, they can visit Alton Towers Water Park for free with the purchase of an individual online ticket. This must be collected at the attraction.
• Changing Facilities: The Park has great individual and family changing facilities. Lockers are available to store your valuables. You will require a 20p piece which will be refunded when you have finished with your locker.
• Swimwear: For hygiene purposes, guests of all ages must wear swimwear at our waterpark. For toddlers, a free swim nappy can be provided from the Waterpark reception. Additional swim nappies can be purchased from our Waterpark shop.
• Buoyancy Aids For those who are not strong swimmers, there are limited free buoyancy aids available at the poolside. Please be considerate and do not take large inflatable toys or boats into the pool.
• Food & Drink: The Calypso Cave is located in the Waterpark. From here guests can purchase a variety of burgers including double cheese burgers, chicken burgers, and also chicken tenders, and mozzarella sticks. Or cool off at the Ice Cream Shack with ice cream floats, sundaes, and your choice of toppings. Please don’t bring your own food as it is not permitted in the Waterpark.
• CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations for bookings cancelled with the operator up to 72 hours before your chosen activity date. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 72 hours.
